The regulation for labor minimum wage and salary increases in 1404 (2025)

The Supreme Labor Council approved the minimum salary (minimum wage) as well as 1404 salary increase for workers subject to the labor law as follows:

(notable for human resource and compensation managers)

 Daily salary increase:

Min­i­mum dai­ly salary: 3463656 Rials (346366 Tomans)
Wage increase for oth­er wage lev­els: dai­ly 32% of fixed or basic salary com­pared to the last wage of 1403 plus dai­ly 310535 Rials (31053 Tomans)
Expe­ri­ence Base Pay: For those who have one year expe­ri­ence in 1403 or one year has passed since receiv­ing their last expe­ri­ence base pay,  the 94000 Rials per day. (9400 Tomans)

Thus, according to the regulation issued by Iran Ministry of Labor, the amount of wage increases in the monthly period (30-day month) will be as follows:

Min­i­mum month­ly salary: 103909680 Rials (10390968 Tomans)
Salary increase for oth­er wage lev­els: month­ly 32% of fixed or basic salary com­pared to the last wage of 1403 plus 9316050 Rials (931605 Tomans)
Expe­ri­ence base pay: For those who have one year of work expe­ri­ence in 1403 or one year has passed since receiv­ing their last expe­ri­ence base pay, 2820000 Rials  per day. (282000 Tomans)

Welfare and incentive benefits:

Work­ers’ con­sum­able items allowance: will be 22000000 Rials (2200000 Tomans) per month
A hous­ing allowance of 9000000 Rials (900000 Tomans) was approved,

In this way, the child allowance for each child will be 10390968 Rials (1039097 Tomans) per month.

Mar­ried Employ­ees Sub­sidy: 5000000 Rials (500000 Tomans)
