Principles of job classification
Job Classification in Iran
Iran Labor Law mentions that Jobs Classification (Including Job Analysis, Evaluation and Compensation) is mandatory for companies which are active in Iran. A method on points 48–51 of Labour Law is advised.
Companies with more than 50 employees must follow this regulation and submit and register their designed method in labor office.
Recently some reforms are accepted on traditional method.
