Job Classification in Iran

Iran Labor Law men­tions that Jobs Clas­si­fi­ca­tion (Includ­ing Job Analy­sis, Eval­u­a­tion and Com­pen­sa­tion) is manda­to­ry for com­pa­nies which are active in Iran. A method on points 48–51 of Labour Law is advised.

Com­pa­nies with more than 50 employ­ees must fol­low this reg­u­la­tion and sub­mit and reg­is­ter their designed method in labor office.

Recent­ly some reforms are accept­ed on tra­di­tion­al method.
