Hiring HR Supervisor in Iran

Hiring a Human Resources Supervisor for a foreign company active in the mining industry in the Arvand Free Trade Zone (located in Khorramshahr — Khuzestan Province)

Main expect­ed activ­i­ties include:

Car­ry­ing out human resources recruit­ment: job analy­sis and defin­ing required com­pe­ten­cies for jobs, pub­lish­ing vacan­cy adver­tise­ment and iden­ti­fy­ing qual­i­fied indi­vid­u­als and invit­ing them to an inter­view, eval­u­at­ing com­pe­ten­cies and the process of induc­tion and intro­duc­ing them them to the workplace.

Train­ing: Needs assess­ment, plan­ning and imple­ment­ing train­ing pro­grams and mea­sur­ing the effec­tive­ness of train­ing programs.

Labor rela­tions issues: review­ing per­for­mance, time and atten­dance, leave and over­time pay­ments based on labor law and social secu­ri­ty law, fol­low­ing up job clas­si­fi­ca­tion project, nego­ti­at­ing with work­ers and their representatives

Requirements for the Human Resources Supervisor job:

- Bach­e­lor’s degree in man­age­ment or oth­er rel­e­vant qualifications

- At least 5 years work expe­ri­ence in the human resources department

- Abil­i­ty to com­mu­ni­cate in English

- Famil­iar with job clas­si­fi­ca­tion

- Knowl­edge of labor law

- Knowl­edge of social secu­ri­ty law

- Skill in work­ing with the Hay Group model
