Hiring HR Supervisor in Iran
Hiring a Human Resources Supervisor for a foreign company active in the mining industry in the Arvand Free Trade Zone (located in Khorramshahr — Khuzestan Province)
Main expected activities include:
Carrying out human resources recruitment: job analysis and defining required competencies for jobs, publishing vacancy advertisement and identifying qualified individuals and inviting them to an interview, evaluating competencies and the process of induction and introducing them them to the workplace.
Training: Needs assessment, planning and implementing training programs and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
Labor relations issues: reviewing performance, time and attendance, leave and overtime payments based on labor law and social security law, following up job classification project, negotiating with workers and their representatives
Requirements for the Human Resources Supervisor job:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or other relevant qualifications
- At least 5 years work experience in the human resources department
- Ability to communicate in English
- Familiar with job classification
- Knowledge of labor law
- Knowledge of social security law
- Skill in working with the Hay Group model
