Principles of job classification

Iran Labour Law mentions that Job Classification (Including Job Analysis, Evaluation and Compensation) is mandatory for companies which are active in Iran. It advised a method on points 48-51 of Labour Law. Companies with more than 50 employees have to follow this regulation and submit and register their designed method in labour office. Recently some reforms are accepted on traditional method.
