Employment Interview when the answer is “No”
There is no problem if your answer in an employment interview is: “I do not know”! This is what a professional HR interviewer said.

He recalls that a human resource development candidate was rejected simply because he stubbornly wanted to answer a question which he didn’t know enough. The interviewee changed the answer twice times and still insisted on answering it. while not to know was acceptable in the case.

A good candidate requires awareness of “ignorance to be ready for that job .”
Sometimes the professional interviewer follows the traits and characteristics that show honesty and integrity. The interviewer was waiting for a very difficult “I do not know” answer in that case. This answer can provide an opportunity for spending more time on topics where candidate knows more and is competent in those areas.
